Cruel were these times, when god’s will was stronger than life.

The Elbe river basin was home to many Slavic tribes and clans, all living in harmony with Mother Nature, using her resources with respect and purpose. The Slavs, despite the vast distances between lands they flourish on, could easily understand each other. It supported trade and cooperation, resulting in many people travelling from one realm to another, bringing goods, knowledge and service.

But when lands are surrounded by enemies, no one can travel safely. Merchants, whom you were protecting on their way to Gana along with your fellowship, were attacked and slaughtered. You can thank the gods for sparing your life but you must first hurry to dress your wounds and find a shelter.

Unluckily, the winter is never very caring towards weakened.

About Słowica

This is a first-person perspective action role-playing game set in the 10th century during the Polabian Slavs struggles to survive against Germans. Słowica allows you to control the actions of a main protagonist, who finds himself wounded in the woods.

Multilingual support

Słowica offers you two language versions to choose. You can switch between them during gameplay. If you want to contribute and add another language to the game, you will be able to do it easily. All that is needed to add a new language is to translate the language file in the folder "Języki" and add the language's icon :)
